Masseria Sardo In Pozzuoli

I went to Masteria Sardo for a group lunch with several friends, and overall it was a positive experience. The location is stunning: surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, creating a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with a large group like ours. They gave us a warm welcome, even allowing us to enjoy an aperitif in the garden, despite it being a bit far from the restaurant. Regarding food, the quality is good, but—to be honest—I found the prices a bit high for a farm stay. The wines are above average, and even the set menu is quite expensive for the quantity: four good but not generous appetizers, then a first or second course (depending on the package), and of course water, dessert, and cover charge not included. In the end, a full meal easily costs over 50-60 euros per person, even more if you choose a good bottle. In short, a beautiful location and friendly service, but prices are a bit higher than expected for the type of food offered. Ideal for a special occasion, less so for a casual lunch.

Suggestive and harmonious location

We just stayed at this beautiful agriturismo. It's located in a little corner of paradise, right on the farm. The only thing is that it's overpriced, not so much for the menus themselves, but for the extras, like desserts, coffee, parking, or even bread. I'd honestly recommend they review and modify their menu package options.

We went to Masseria Sardo for a family lunch on Sunday. A wonderful location, we ate wonderfully (tasting menu + two à la carte courses), and everything was excellent. The service was impeccable, the wait times between courses were reasonable, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive to the progress of the meal. We will definitely be back.

Masseria Sardo is an enchanting place, uniquely positioned directly overlooking Lake Averno, offering a breathtaking and evocative panorama. The location is meticulously maintained and exudes an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent, prepared with authentic, quality ingredients that enhance the traditional flavors. The service is attentive and friendly. An experience that combines taste and beauty in a truly special setting.

The week I spent at Masseria Sardo was just what I needed to catch my breath after the birth of my daughter. The place is magnificent: a green oasis with the splendid Lake Averno in the background. Our stay was perfect, with a spacious and clean room, equipped with everything we needed, even a portable changing table for our baby. We ate wonderfully at the restaurant, with tasty and unique dishes. I will long remember the pasta with rabbit and the tuna. The owner, Gabriella, and all the staff, especially Tina, will remain in our hearts.

Ci sono stata ieri sera con mio figlio per un aperitivo. Atmosfera serena e distesa, vista meravigliosa e personale gentile ed accogliente. C'è scelta e (soprattutto) tanta qualità anche per chi è vegetariano. Ora stiamo valutando se festeggiarci anche i 18 anni di mio figlio.

Malgrado il bel posto, rovinato dalla poca cortesia del personale è decisamente dal pranzo non all’ altezza. Il costo per quello che abbiamo ordinato veramente alto….nemmeno un caffè/amaro di cortesia….peccato!
