Masseria Salamina In Fasano

I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay at a magnificent historical farm. In the land between the olive trees, everything from the room, the pool, the food and the staff were wonderful. A great hotel for relaxing or honeymoon.

What is really special is the place, the building and the restaurant. This place has a lot of potential for improvement but it’s very nice as is.

Sono tornata a cena in questa masseria a distanza di tempo e devo dire che rimane un luogo incantevole. Anche il personale è molto gentile e accogliente… l’accoglienza è stata anche riservata alla mia cagnolona che è venuta con me e la mia famiglia a cena. Per quanto riguarda le proposte culinarie sono semplici ma invitanti e di vero gusto. La tempura, la crema di ceci con polpo e gamberi davvero ottime. Anche i maltagliati e gli strascinati sono stati una delizia per il palato. Buoni anche il rose di loro produzione e olio che si possono acquistare in loro. Un posto che consiglio se si vogliono ritrovare i sapori genuini

Masseria incantevole immersa nella natura pugliese. Piatti semplici ma molto buoni. Personale cordiale e gentile. Se siete di passaggio vi consiglio fortemente di andarci, non ve ne pentirete.
