Situated in a panoramic location, the masseria offers spacious, tastefully furnished rooms equipped with new bathroom fixtures. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The very large bathroom would benefit from additional storage space for toiletries.
The only areas for improvement: the rooms aren't particularly quiet, and some bathroom fixtures (shower heads and soap dispensers) are worn and impractical.
A shared refrigerator is available for guests in the breakfast room. The simple but tasty breakfast includes fresh fruit from the garden and homemade jams (citron, strawberry grape, medlar, fig).
The property is reached via a somewhat narrow and steep road; parking is located right next to the entrance.
Spacious, bright rooms with air conditioning. Large bathroom, amenities could be improved. Simple breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade jams. Narrow road to get there, but parking is available.
Despite the location still being unfinished, the property's excellent potential is evident. A quiet location with a stunning view of the Soverato coast. Cool temperatures even in the middle of August. The Masseria's owner, Dr. Merenda, was exceptionally professional and offered us an excellent tasting of the estate's wines. The rooms are modestly furnished but offer all the necessary comforts. The road to the Masseria could be improved, with a steep gradient and greater attention to signage. Ultimately, this is a family-run business, excellent for those seeking an experience immersed in nature and with a beautiful view.
