We have visited Puglia many times and Masseria Palombara is one of the very best places we've stayed. It has a peaceful atmosphere and is stylishly decorated. The restaurant serves excellent cuisine in a romantic setting. The Masseria is run by a charming and friendly team. We would highly recommend it.

An oasis of tranquility and peace in the Taranto area. An ancient farmhouse transformed into a little gem where kind and attentive staff will welcome you, allowing you to spend a few days away from the crowd, surrounded by the sound of cicadas, a refreshing pool, a spa, massages, and an outdoor cinema! And finally, you can enjoy excellent dishes made with local ingredients while sipping expertly recommended wines and cocktails in an unforgettable atmosphere. Thanks to the entire Masseria Palombara team for welcoming us with a smile and for allowing us to celebrate our anniversary in a way we will never forget!

The Adults Only option is perfect for those seeking true relaxation.

It has been a quite some time that stayed at Masseria Palombara and never had the opportunity to review this beautiful place. My stay was nothing short of magical. The space feels timeless — surrounded by olive trees and silence, with an elegance that never tries too hard. Every corner is curated with care, yet there’s a natural ease that makes you instantly slow down. The team was genuinely kind and attentive, always present without ever being intrusive. The food was a true highlight — simple, seasonal, and deeply satisfying, with ingredients that tasted like they were picked that same morning. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and grounding, but Masseria Palombara manages to do just that. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and already dreaming of when I’ll return

Francesca and her incredible team made our stay feel less like a hotel visit and more like being lovingly adopted into an impeccably run Italian family. From the moment we arrived, every detail unfolded with the kind of effortless charm that only comes from deep care and craft. The food (all grown and prepared on-site) was nothing short of divine. Think sun-ripened tomatoes that actually taste of summer, olive oil you’d consider packing in your luggage (no, really!), and dishes that are equal parts nourishing and joyful. Highly recommend the Olive Oil tasting with Francesca - she’s amazing. The spa is an oasis in itself - intimate, beautifully appointed, and unexpectedly comprehensive. A special mention for the cryofacial, which left me both chilled and glowing. Masseria Palombarra is not just a place to stay - it’s a place to exhale. If you’re after a rustic-luxury hideaway where you’re treated like family, fed like royalty, and surrounded by slow-living serenity, do yourself a favour and book it immediately.

Fantastic place to relax. Great staff, atmosphere, approach. Peace, quiet, great and quality gastronomy. The hotel has maintained its authenticity and the rooms are designed to be 100% private.
