We were guests of Masseria Palombara: overall, we had a pleasant stay. The structure is well-kept and welcoming, immersed in a truly evocative natural context. The service was courteous; the staff proved helpful and attentive to our requests. Thanks to the staff for their welcome and hospitality. Francesca, Sara, Roberta, Teti, Giulio, Pasquale, Giusy, Thank you again!!! We hope to return in the future to further appreciate all that the Masseria has to offer.

L’accoglienza parte con due meravigliosi Labrador e ragazze gentili, premurose e pronte a coccolarvi fin dal primo momento. Upgrade in suite con hammam di una bellezza unica. La location con volte in pietra e camino acceso è una cornice calda e rilassante che preannuncia quanto può essere dolce affogare nei colori caldi che fanno da contorno. Massaggio con Raffaella, professionista competente e deliziosa. Se non siete pronti a essere letti come un libro aperto appena poserà le mani su di voi, rinunciateci. Serata del compleanno passatq con una bottiglia di rosso su divano, camino e Joy e Blue a tenerci compagnia. Capocollo , Pettole e taralli squisiti Colazione sia salata che dolce, pezzo forte lo yogurt prodotto da loro e le marmellate. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ate here for one mid-week dinner with cocktails and aperitifs. Divine furnishings and ambiance. Cocktails were tailored to our preferences. Dinner was delicious, excellent service all round. Thank you Team!

A beautifully peaceful escape. The whole complex is perfectly decorated. Restrained and calming yet stylish. The food the same. Nothing flashy, a little rustic & largely made from home grown produce, perfectly prepared. The standout for me were the staff. Really lovely people. Without doubt one of the nicest places I've had the joy of staying at...

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Masseria, and from the check in to the checkout we were amazed by the hospitality and the expertise of every single stuff member and the beauty of the place. When we checked in we were received very kind and got a tour of the property and could upgrade our room which was beautiful and very clean. The food was AMAZING !!! Everything was prepared to perfection and again the staff that works in the restaurant have so much knowledge and passion about everything they serve and they do it in the most friendly, polite, kind and enthousiast way which made us feel very relaxed, present and part of the experience. Long story short we really felt that this is a super authentic place where you completely feel relaxed and positive throughout your stay. You just feel that the owner put al his passion, care and time in the place to make you feel welcome and enjoy your time there. I really found everybody who works there very kind, positive, thought full, interested, genuine and they really have a look and feel for every small detail! Fresh flowers everywhere, good relaxing music everywhere, the breakfast is a full on home run soooo tasty and you just see and feel that they are taking that extra step and enjoy doing so. I couldn’t recommend any better place to spent your time in Puglia and I know for a fact that our visit won’t be the last one. Big thanks to the staff and owner who made our stay so delightful 🙏

How wonderful is this farm! I really liked the style, the care and the environment. Very friendly staff and ready to satisfy my requests. I bought a spa package for my partner's birthday and they treated us like kid gloves! I asked for a little surprise to celebrate during the post-spa aperitif and a very cute waiter arrived with tiramsu, candle and greeting card singing happy birthday! Very sweet and much appreciated. I hope to return to Puglia to be able to visit this property again and try both the rooms and the restaurant

abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida masseria, un posto meraviglioso dove il tempo sembra fermarsi,abbiamo mangiato sia a pranzo che a cena ed è stato tutto davvero ottimo,un esperienze culinaria difficile da dimenticare,si è vero i prezzi sono sopra la media ma loro sono sopra la media in tutto.

An incredible stay, with a relaxing atmosphere and incredible music playlist accompanying you all day. The massages are amazing - highly recommend Raffaella, her massage alone is worth the stay in the incredible SPA. Food is great however a bit pricey for the region - a shame because we would’ve probably eaten more at the Masseria. Service and staff was impeccable.
