We returned this year after last year's experience for the obvious reason that we had a great time, thanks to Mario's hospitality and the corner of paradise you're in.

A charming place surrounded by greenery, among olive groves and various types of trees, including several types of figs. There's a relaxation area in the shade of a centuries-old oak tree. Carefully designed and laid out down to the smallest detail, it's perfect for families with and without children. Peace and quiet reign supreme. The owners are very welcoming, kind, and attentive! This is our third time staying with Mario – and we'll definitely be back! Mario is an incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful host who makes you feel immediately welcome. Every morning, he brings us fresh figs. The cottages are beautifully situated in the middle of an olive grove, with a beautiful pool and plenty of recreational activities like table tennis and billiards. The path to the sea is also simply idyllic – exactly what we wanted for a relaxing family vacation. It was another perfect vacation for us! Thank you, Mario! Ralf and Sara with children

Just returned from a week at Masseria Le Macine, what can I say... an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, eating and sleeping lulled by the sound of cicadas... The sea, best enjoyed in the morning, with a beautiful, well-equipped beach included in the rental of the villa, not to mention afternoon relaxation in the spotlessly clean pool for guests' exclusive use. Barbecues are available for each villa, and there's also a larger barbecue area for larger groups. All this is complemented by various games and pastimes, including pin pong, billiards, darts, etc. The shared washing machine with free laundry kit was also greatly appreciated. Mario and Doretta are perfect hosts, letting you enjoy everything without being intrusive, but their constant presence is evident in the attention and care with which they manage their splendid Masseria.
