04/01/2025: Hello, it's a pleasure for me to express my appreciation towards the Chef Vincenzo Pepe, who was able to win me over with his unquestionable mastery and his elegant approach to gastronomy. Communication with the customer is impeccable, a sign of professionalism that is not limited to the kitchen, but permeates every aspect of the gastronomic experience. The dishes offered are a true homage to refinement, designed to satisfy the most demanding palates. The quality of the raw materials, always at the top, is the foundation of every preparation, in particular the raw seafood dishes and the appetizers, which represent a symphony of freshness and delicacy. The level of excellence also extends to cleanliness and order, which reflect the great commitment and care with which the restaurant is managed.
