Here we are faced with one of the few cases where HE, the owner, should give stars to customers who enter!!!! 🤣🤣 We are faced with a bastion and milestone of the catering industry in the city of Palermo. If the owner is on his day... you will find high-quality patisserie, artisanal ice cream shop without industrial or laboratory products with a wide assortment, rotisserie, arancini and sandwiches of the day... the important thing is to remember not to talk to and solicit the owner on topics such as: local and national politics, economics, finance, geopolitics, military conflicts and above all ask for improper use of the toilet!!! Franco you are number one!!! 💪💪💪 Five stars by default ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bar overlooks the street and isn't particularly nice. I don't usually care about these things, but given the setting, I didn't expect the prices to be so high. I went with some friends. We had three cannoli, a croissant, a coffee, and a cappuccino. The bill was €17.50. The cannoli were very good, but four euros a cannoli? Where are we? In Milan? Also, it's hard to find bad cannoli... while it's very easy to find cheaper ones. Overall, I recommend looking for another bar.

We left our luggage in storage, extremely well received and kind. We stayed there at the end of the day for an aperitif. I highly recommend.

13/08/2025: Da Enzo Cucina is a sort of trattoria that prepares traditional dishes and sandwiches of all kinds, including panelle and crocche'. The location is simple, with plastic tables and paper cups, but the tablecloths are paper with the menu printed on them. Two of us dined on a Sunday, the week before Ferragosto, and waited in line for about 35 minutes before being seated. The welcome was warm despite the heat and the dining room being completely full for at least three sittings. We ordered Appetizer: crocche' and panelle Pasta with white clams Pasta with sea urchins 1/2 wine 1 water Total €43 The wait staff was attentive and the food was very good, despite the menu indicating that the clams could be frozen. I had one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The pasta with sea urchins was excellent, but a little salty. The panelle were excellent, but I would have preferred them to be crispier. Overall, a good experience. We'll be back because we enjoyed both the food and the hospitality of the staff, who, despite their tiredness, held their own. I really appreciate the fact that there's no cover charge, just a symbolic €1 for the table... nowadays, all restaurants, or so-called restaurants, charge at least €2 per person for tablecloths and super-cheap disposable place settings.

15/10/2025: The food and coffee were delicious, but a bit expensive. The woman who served us was relatively unfriendly, though. It was also very loud outside, as if the ventilation was making strange noises.
26/08/2025: The best coffee but in a not so good spot in the center. The space with the tables and chairs is not very neat.
