We had a spectacular dinner Set menu, they do those things and they do that to perfection Flavours were outstanding Portions challenging to finish even without the refill (that was always offered - and often accepted 🙃) Then the staff, just lovely and authentic to the maximum 5 stars without any doubts and first restaurant we’ll book once back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been coming to this area on holiday for years, and I still keep finding new foodie gems. Maso Runch Hof is a cozy, traditional spot serving authentic local specialties. The food is super tasty and beautifully presented. Definitely worth a visit – just make sure you book ahead, or you might leave hungry 😜.

We stayed at the ranch in April and everything was absolutely perfect: the welcome, the view, the comfort of the accommodation, and the quality of the staff. We highly recommend this establishment, which offers a true immersion in the culture of the Dolomites.

Trattoria Bar Mainardo

07/03/2026: A family-run trattoria where the food is excellent (reservations are required, as there are only a few tables). Traditional cuisine, generous portions (even the wines by the glass). Superb dumplings, delicious venison fillet with Lagrein. The desserts are also exquisite, made by the owner. Thank you for two wonderful dinners and evenings spent in your restaurant, where we felt at home.

Ristorante Pizzeria Sun Valley Stubele

07/02/2026: Lodging in a B&B you have to look for a place to eat at night every day. Selva is loaded with pizzeria-restaurants and I save my review for the most pleasant one we encountered. Especially atmosphere and staff made the day. We had good bruschetta, nice mezzalune and acceptable fettuccini. There is a surprisingly long wine list. Reservation necessary!
29/01/2026: Probably the best pizzeria in Wolkenstein. Great food, great service, etc. Since the drinks were served a little late, the owner offered us two excellent grappas. We'll be back.
