The restaurant doesn't take reservations; it's first-come, first-served. Anyone not wearing proper thermal clothing will freeze outside. Plus, there's the incessant cigarette smoke. You have to eat your food quickly or it gets cold. The service is very poor, despite the good will and friendliness of the person taking orders. They're wasting money because we couldn't stand it and left. The food is good and the wine list is quite extensive.
