The owner is always very kind and offers hot tea to all customers as soon as they enter. It was a fantastic find; we have gone several times now and it is always a guarantee. The way he cooks and serves the kebab is absolutely original; cooking it on the grill takes on another flavour, after which it cuts it further on the griddle and heats the piadina well, making it crunchy.
