We stayed at this property for the second time. The rooms are very nice and welcoming. The exceptional location! A few minutes from the center of Pisa. I recommend it

The location is good, the pedestrian entrance is hidden and very inconvenient to reach on foot if you go out without a car. Inside the room there were no information sheets on the structure (example room cleaning times, information on breakfast even if it is paid for, generic information on the place, nothing at all)... the biggest flaw is having a mini fridge bar, a bit paltry but costing gold, as in all hotels, but also in this sense no information and zero prices displayed!

The room was comfortable with a great view, but unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. We paid for an early check-in, but as I was entering the room, I overheard the head housekeeper in the hallway complaining on the phone about me checking in early. This was quite unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Nice hotel, rooms are ok, view of Pisa is also nice. Unfortunately, when I wanted to take a shower, I had to let the water run for a few minutes because it came out of the tap a little rusty brown. I had already experienced something like that in a few other hotels in Italy and also in Spain.

The hotel is quiet and is not in the center of Pisa, it takes 20 minutes to walk. It's part of going to visit the city. The kitchen is very good.
From the train station, there is a direct bus to the hotel.

The Hotel Pisa Tower Plaza has a pleasant and well-kept location, even if not particularly impressive. The service is good, with attentive and helpful staff, who contribute to making the stay pleasant.
As for the quality of the food, it can be said to be average: nothing exceptional, but in line with what you can expect from most culinary establishments in the area. An aspect that could be improved to better enhance the overall offer.
Overall, a positive experience for those looking for a comfortable stay in Pisa, but with some room for improvement
