Very nice place, tastefully decorated and absolutely welcoming. I found the service not very friendly and honestly not very present. There were few people that evening, it was about 7:45 pm and 8 of us arrived for an aperitif, and the orders arrived with a lot of delay from one another and in a couple of cases they would not have arrived at all if we had not repeated them.
The food is certainly good quality, but this absolutely does not justify, in my opinion, such high prices (a supplì of very normal size €6, ridiculous!).
I honestly would not recommend it.

Wow we loved this place ! We were staying at a hotel nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious all home cooked . I loved the rustic / authentic decor and the little van parked at the front of the property 😍

Locale veramente gradevolissimo, dallo stile vintage ma raffinato, con varie chicche che donano all’atmosfera un tono elegante ma comunque informale. La vista è su una piazza molto caratteristica ed al contempo riservata. Buon assortimento di cibi serviti tempestivamente e dalla qualità veramente ottima. In aggiunta, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Veramente consigliato per i vostri viaggi a Roma.

It was the first time I came for lunch and I was very impressed by the quality of the food, it was clear that the products were genuine and of high quality, but I would like from the bill... a little high even for the standards of the area. I understand that you pay for quality but I think that €18 for a chicken salad, sold as off-menu and therefore without prior communication of the cost of the dish, and €9 for an escarole doused in oil, although we are in the heart of the Trieste district, seems a bit excessive to me... for the rest, the other things we ate were perfectly in line, the place is beautiful, the girls were very kind and even without a reservation we managed to eat without problems. We will definitely be back :)
