The pizzas are delicious, made with authentic Campanian ingredients, and you can taste them. However, the price increases are a bit steep; some products have seen a €2 increase. I'd reconsider. Regardless, I highly recommend this place.

Everything was delicious. It felt like walking into a pizzeria on Via Toledo in the Spanish Quarter, but you're in the province of Bologna. Delicious fried food, not greasy. The pasta frittatina was among the best I've ever tasted. The pizza was wonderfully good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

15/01/2026: The place is a bit run-down, the food is good, and the service is good, but the extras are overpriced. €2.50 for a practically non-existent cover charge, a placemat they clean and reuse, and no bread. Coffee at the table is €2, and a bottle of water is €3. It's out of line for a Calderara restaurant.
