We returned to this restaurant after a full ten years, and rediscovering the same excellence was a unique experience. Nothing has changed... except for the better. The welcome remains warm and authentic, the quality of the dishes impeccable, and the attention to every detail demonstrates a timeless passion. Every course was a confirmation: fresh ingredients, balanced combinations, flavors that speak of tradition but with a touch of creativity that makes the experience truly special. The service was attentive without being intrusive, just as we remembered. After ten years, we are happy to say that this restaurant remains a benchmark of excellence.
