The ice creams are delicious BUT:
-prices are not clearly displayed,
-deplorable welcome and service, the employees clearly do not want to work,
-room closed while all the customers present today would have liked to warm up by tasting the ice creams, drinks and pastries...
- obligation to pay by card (and therefore with fees) because "there is a problem with the cash", yet the cash register was open and the cash clearly visible and available,
- whipped cream machine out of order...but we warn customers once the order has been paid (and therefore the supplement too).

On January 12, 2025, I came in for cookies and hot chocolate in rainy, windy weather. It was not possible to sit down, and we could only eat while standing at the service counter. You couldn't hang a coat anywhere, it was very hot in the store, it was difficult to eat with one hand, especially since the cookie was handed to you without a plate or fork. My child is learning Italian and understood the way the two ladies were talking to us.

In September, we visited this pastry chain on a recommendation from my Italian friend. We tried the pasticciotto (cream tradizionale), and though we don’t have a big sweet tooth, it was delicious. Definitely worth trying at least once!

the best Pasticciotto with ricotta and pistachios I ate. If I had known it were so delicious, I would have bought more :D

Sul prodotto nulla da dire. Ma se dici che apri alle 8.00 di mattina e poi lasci 20 persone fuori ad aspettare fino alle 8.15…anche no… Magari organizzatevi e arrivate prima alla mattina.
