27/05/2025: I had the pleasure of trying the pizzeria Da Pecchia in Turin and I must say that the dough really deserves a special mention: tasty, well worked and with a pleasant consistency. It is not the classic light Neapolitan-style dough, but it still has its own well-defined identity, definitely appreciable. The only negative note concerns the service: the two pizzas ordered were not served at the same time, but with about 10 minutes of difference, which penalized the overall experience a bit. Overall, a good pizzeria, with a valid product that is definitely worth trying.
