Location: The hotel is located right under the cable car to Marmolada. This is an advantage, because in the morning the slope from Marmolada is perfectly groomed and without people. But I don't recommend for beginners. Then there is a connection via Padon to Arabba and Sella Ronda. Hotel equipment: The hotel is older and has already experienced something. But again, it provides accommodation at a good price. The hotel has a swimming pool and a wellness center. In the evening in the bar there are animation programs and music. The ski room is adequate, equipped with boot dryers. Below the hotel there is a convenience store with food, as well as a bar, souvenirs and a sports clothing store. WI-FI only at the reception and in the bar. Rooms: We had a room on the third floor with a balcony facing the back. The room was nice, spacious, well heated with a nice bathroom and toilet. There was no noise from the bar and restaurant. Perfectly cleaned daily. A safe and a small fridge in the room. Staff: I can't fault anything. Immediately upon arrival at the reception, perfect access and quick accommodation. During the entire stay, all the staff were willing, smiling and always went out of their way to help. Food: There are two dining rooms in the hotel. Depending on the occupancy of the hotel. One is at the reception and the other is below it in the basement. We had seats in the basement and it wasn't bad. The dining room was spacious, it seemed better than the reception. Breakfast buffet, also dinner. As for the quality of the food, I can't complain. We always chose and the food was delicious. Of course dessert and fruit. Free water to eat. Conclusion: A week's stay at a good price in a great location below Marmolada within walking distance of the cable car. We will definitely come again.

We have spent 4 days in hotel Principe, staff was great and helpfull, location is spot on, just a few meters from gondola that takes you on Marmolada, below the hotel you can find a store that is very well equiped, cafe bar and a store with souvenirs. Breakfast in hotel is okay, dinner is something that they can work on. But nevertheless you get everything that you need. Ski room is large enough, and parking is also very spacefull. Overall very good. Can recommend, very good value for money!

Super Clean well heated rooms Tasty food

We stayed in the property from 12/21 to 12/28. The structure should be modernized, and the rooms should be reached by wifi, as this creates various inconveniences. Good location, but the strong point of the structure was without a doubt the staff, everything... In particular the exceptional Director and the legendary Martina ❣️

We have just concluded our ski week and we leave satisfied and happy, the strong point of the hotel is certainly the staff. everyone was very kind, always available, smiling and professional. Our girls fell in love with the entertainers and we with their helpfulness. In the evening it was a pleasure to stay at the bar listening to the piano bar of their very good and engaging singer. The cuisine is good but not exactly varied, the waiters are friendly and always available. The location is good but there isn't much in the surrounding area. To reach the slopes accessible to non-expert skiers you have to use either your own car or the bus. the rooms are the only flaw, a little dated, small and in need of renovation. the swimming pool is beautiful but really too cold, I wasn't able to enter it. the paid spa is not worth it. overall for us it was a wonderful holiday

Qualified and kind staff, the Director, an exceptional person. The internet network in the rooms needs to be improved.

We were guests of the hotel during Christmas week. The hotel was a little dated, but on the other hand we found very kind staff, fantastic entertainers, sole director, excellent dining room manager. Excellent and varied cuisine. The swimming pool should be enhanced (it is a strong point ) as well as the S.p.a....... Cleanliness ok (I would remove the carpet).... Unfortunately the cable car that went up to the Marmolada was only for pedestrians, the slope was closed due to climate changes and consequently lack of snow on the slope. The only chair lift is not far from the structure but requires its own means of transport (the bus shuttle came into operation on the last day of the ski week).Thank you all!!!!

Clean rooms, very nice and smiling staff (especially the ladies at the reception and the blonde waitress in the restaurant downstairs), unfortunately very poor breakfasts! Scrambled eggs made of powdered eggs or with a lot of water or burnt, vegetables only tomatoes and chopped lettuce, fruit only in syrup, a choice of plums or peaches (only plums on the last day), one type of cheese and ham, only light bread ( toasted bread or soft baguette), cake, honey and croissants. We were there in the winter, at the beginning of the ski season, and unfortunately the slope under the hotel was closed, so we had to spend 2 hours in the car every day commuting (I realize that it's not the hotel's fault, but if someone would like to stay there to ski, I recommend it check whether the statement will be open on a given date)

We returned last night after a full board stay, a logistically perfect place, the structure provides comfort, above all in making guests feel at ease and pampered thanks to the attention of the staff who does not disdain moments of relaxation with the guests, the chef is good and kind but I think that all this is not a coincidence given that I had the pleasure of meeting the director, a capable and helpful person and by speaking with him I understood the reason why the structure presents itself as I described above.
