We stayed for skiing, the rooms are large, one of the rooms was a bit cold, the bathrooms are definitely outdated and need renovation, the TV only offers 2 channels, the rest are crap, but I was not satisfied with the food at all, there is not enough choice, besides, they seem to skimp, when it runs out you have to wait 5 minutes for them to bring a new tray, besides, dinner is available too late!!!

We were very satisfied, everything was clean and very cozy. The staff was very nice, the food was excellent and the service was quick. We really felt very comfortable. The cable car was literally at our fingertips. The prices were very friendly. The pool was warm, clean and the climate was warm, there was a children's corner with a lady who would entertain and look after the children - the children loved her immediately. The bar had great service and selection. Thank you and we will definitely come back.

It's a 3-star hotel. I booked for a week on December 27th. It's very large, there's no luxury, but the ground floor is nice. There's a large dining room, a large bar, with a piano bar every evening. There's entertainment for children, singing and dancing, fun for those who like it. The room I stayed in on the ground floor is poorly maintained. The heating only works in the bathroom; they brought me an electric heater, but it's never been repaired. The window is very old, full of cold drafts; it was minus 15 degrees outside. Dinner and breakfast were fine for my taste. The staff were kind and helpful. I didn't like it, but I paid the most expensive week of the year to heat myself with an electric heater. That's why I don't recommend this hotel. Whoever manages it doesn't care about the guests.

Excellent location for skiing, close to the ski slopes, everything adapted to skiing, but the hotel needs renovation, too cold pool, offers a spa that is not in operation.

Simply perfect place! Friendly, kind, and warm staff. The room was spotlessly clean and the meals were excellent.

Clean rooms, great location, I stayed for a week during the Christmas period, with my family and friends, we had a great time, the staff were very kind and helpful, the food was plentiful and good both for breakfast and dinner, we will definitely be back!

The facility is no longer modern, but it's very well-maintained and well-maintained. The staff is very helpful, polite, and professional. The manager is always available and courteous. Our warm room was, above all, very clean. I recommend this property.
