Marlin In Quartu sant'elena

I would give this place higher rating but unfortunately all the reviews mentioning the blond waitress are true. She is arrogant, almost never smiling, makes you feel unwelcomed. Not sure if she is the owner, I hope not and they can let her go! The older man is friendly, so is the season staff. All the stars are for them, coffee and pastry. I never ate there because when I see the blond lady, I turn around. 0 stars for her. SIGNORA, deve imparare a servire i clienti o trovarsi un altro lavoro!

It's a pleasure to eat at Marlin... talented chefs, excellent dishes and attentive and helpful staff!

I stumbled upon it by chance...I deliberately returned...and I will always return...the hospitality, availability, human warmth and friendliness of the owner are priceless...

Nice place with cold beer and good food. We had Linguine con Vongole e Botlarga and they were very good. The beach and the water were clean. 😉 July 10. 2024

We ate on two days this week...the day was great with beautiful views, the menu is very poor, always the same and little variety...Marco, the cook, very friendly but above all, Bianca, a university student who works there, charming, attentive, fantastic and great professional!!! We cannot say the same about the owner, unfriendly, arrogant and with a look of not wanting to work, what a shame for a place!!! The fried squid, the mussels in tomato sauce and the pasta with mussels and confit tomatoes were exquisite!!!!!
