In the heart of the southern Apennines, we were surprised by a culinary highlight: a 7-course menu that offered unbeatable value for money. All courses were delicate and finely and refinedly balanced to a high standard. The desserts were also outstanding. The wine selection is very good; we were delighted with the Greco di Tufo. The service was excellent, and the accompanying music was in keeping with the artists' photographs in the restaurant. In which restaurant can you still hear "RINO" these days? The restaurant's ambiance is very tastefully modern. For us, it was the best and most surprising restaurant experience in Italy in September 2025. We would love to repeat it.

Situated on Lake Sirino, this charming location boasts a meticulously designed interior and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food is high quality and features sophisticated, innovative, and well-balanced pairings, complemented by a satisfying wine list. Excellent value for money. The only drawbacks: when a diner tells you they don't like an ingredient in a dish, the best solution would be to offer an alternative rather than suggesting they "discard" it. Furthermore, you can't order à la carte; there are only two tasting menus. Overall, a restaurant worth trying and certainly the best in the area!

This establishment is amazing , every dish was delightful from presentation to unique delicious dishes. Carmine is a true artist who celebrates every dish in a unique style. Loved it and highly recommended a visit. Oh and the bread was awesome
