Been here in December, so all was fast.
Pizza con prosciutto was nice, as well as cappuccino, and check was 8.5€ which is pretty moderate for Venezia.

Excellent product, but very unpleasant customer service from an employee.
We were at this bakery this morning during our visit to Venice. The product is really good: the croissants, sandwiches, and coffees are of great quality; you can tell they take care of the ingredients.
However, the experience was ruined by the attitude of the blonde employee, in her forties, who served us the croissants and sandwiches and was also collecting the money. She was very rude and ill-mannered, even going so far as to scold us simply for taking some napkins.
On the other hand, the woman serving the coffees was very kind and attentive, an example of how customers should be treated.
It's a shame that a place with such good products loses its reputation because of the attitude of just one person. I hope the owner takes this into account, because the place deserves much more with proper customer service.

The food was of a very, very high standard
My mother and I each ordered a personal pizza (it was huge) with a variety of vegetarian toppings! The orange juice was also really tasty, which was made on the spot
We also bought some almond cake-flavored cookies for home (you can see them in the picture after we ate some) that we only got to eat three weeks after we returned from the trip, and they were so delicious that I regretted not buying anything else! The staff doesn't speak English well, it was difficult to communicate with them, so it ruined the experience a bit. They weren't particularly nice, but we got over it and really enjoyed the delicious food and the atmosphere 😘😊❤️🌻
