The paccheri al nero di sepia fresco was absolutely divine in terms of complex flavors that made it feel like a crime to leave any of the sauce on the plate.

Tried the Wednesday wine tasting and it is a global experience: the MareNostrum dishes that do not need words, accompanied by different glasses of wine, proposed by passionate producers, in the distinguished but at the same time familiar environment of the place. Added to this is the courtesy and affability of all the staff.

Ottimo il servizio, ottimo il cibo in un ambiente poco caotico dove fare un ottima cena a base di pesce e nel nostro caso anche una degustazione di vini da parte di un produttore locale. Il menù a prezzo fisso offra un ampia varietà di piatti tra antipasti, primi e secondi, in alternativa c'è il menù alla carta. Il secondo di pesce crudo (NON SUSHI) ma varie selezioni di gamberi freschi, tonno... ecc.. semplicemente eccezionale. PRENOTAZIONE consigliatissima. Non posto foto perché pensavamo a gustarci la cena e non a fotografare i piatti.

Un'eccellente combinazione di sapori originali, gusti mai provati che stupiscono..sicuramente non la solita cena di pesce, ogni piatto, compresi i dessert, risulta al palato come qualcosa di nuovo, di mai assaggiato. Anche il servizio fa sentire a casa ma con una cura e un'attenzione in più che rendono l' esperienza ancora più piacevole.

09/03/2025: New look for a trattoria that is special to us, tested years ago following a journalistic review and never abandoned again. Ale in the dining room and Sharon at the stove, now dear friends who let us be pampered. Excellent fish (homemade stuffed pasta with fish filling) fried or grilled, always satisfying. Also land dishes such as veal with old-fashioned tuna sauce (without mayonnaise), roasts and agnolotti with roast sauce). Often on Thursday evenings themed dinners: Langhe, paella, meatballs, asparagus, artichokes, polenta. You spend the right amount for an excellent quality/price ratio.
