Key word: SURPRISING We were three of us for dinner last night. I must say we were a bit disheartened by the terrible experiences and hospitality we've had in Vasto and the less than stellar reviews of this place (A TIP FOR THOSE READING: DON'T BASIS THE BAD REVIEWS AS IT'S A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY). However... we were pleasantly surprised. A simple but welcoming place, run by very polite and competent staff. The service was punctual and clean, and the food was nothing short of wonderful at reasonable prices. THANK YOU, truly thank you for turning a terrible day into an exquisite evening.

After a day of misadventures, we found our lifeline, which, fortunately, left us with a "sweet tooth." The food is excellent and the portions generous. The fish is good quality and the desserts top notch!! The service was impeccable: attentive, polite, and knowledgeable staff. We had an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, and paid 40 euros per person. I'd say the value for money far exceeded our expectations. For anyone in the area, it's a must-see.

It's a nice little restaurant. We ate well and spent the right amount. The staff was kind, attentive and smiling, which never hurts. Good value for money.

The starters were very good, the pasta a little less so because it was overcooked. I don't recommend the house wine. The very/too familiar environment; in fact the managers' family was all in the room. This could disadvantage the presence of some customers.
