I'm averaging the first time we went (about a year ago) and the second time, this evening. The first time, everything was perfect, I'd say at least 4 stars: friendly staff, good food... Today, the fried food was a bit "hard" and over-fried, the wrong pizza, and the waitress insisted it wasn't a mistake (which was later replaced, with an apology from the other waiter, who was decidedly more professional despite his young age, but it was still raw, both the dough and the toppings), and a €5 charge for a medium sparkling white wine that we neither ordered nor consumed. Unfortunately, I only noticed the extra charge at home, but since it was only €5, there's no point in even complaining. A little disappointed, honestly.

We often visit this restaurant, where the food never disappoints. Sergio, the perfect host, goes out of his way to make his guests as happy as possible.

17/02/2026: Pleasant atmosphere, traditional Salento star vaults renovated with care and attention to detail. The menu offers a wide selection of meat, fish, and pizza options, ensuring everyone's tastes are catered for. The waiter, Cosimo, was extremely kind and attentive without being intrusive; I really appreciated it. The appetizer was beautiful to look at and the ingredients were high-quality. Since I wasn't terribly hungry, I only ordered a Margherita (which I really enjoyed), so I can't comment on the first and second courses. For that reason, I'm giving it 4 stars, but I'll be back to see if I should add a fifth!

Ristorante Pizzeria Da Bruna

26/01/2026: We've already come across this well-known and popular pizzeria. On Saturday, we celebrated my wife's birthday, as usual, and everything was top-notch. Thanks everyone, see you next time.
03/01/2026: The magic ingredients: Good food, tranquility, and kindness!!! ...Da Bruna is a restaurant I've been frequenting for years, and every time I find the same authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is based on genuine products, and you can clearly sense the love for good food and things done well. The restaurant is family-run, and this is immediately apparent: the kindness of the owners is one of its strengths. The pizza is delicious, with top-quality ingredients, as are the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all carefully prepared and flavorful...I've tried them all now. A special mention goes to Rossana, who embodies kindness personified and is also an excellent cook, capable of putting passion and skill into every dish. A place where I can relax and the quality is consistent over time.
