I go to the Marè restaurant 2 or 3 times a year in July/August. The dishes are good and plentiful and I am very surprised by the negative reviews. If the restaurant is always full, it means the food is good there. The service is fast and the servers are friendly.

12/01/2025: Smiling and efficient staff. The quality of the materials used for the dishes is good. Fairly good value for money and well placed in a pedestrian area... Or almost. Good for keeping it open outside of high season. We'll be back

08/02/2025: Visited this beautiful place in Galatina for a dinner as a couple (with the two dachshunds under the table, inseparable companions). We ate and drank of great quality, a good choice of raw materials composed and processed with care and wisdom. Excellent service, we will be back for sure. And congratulations to the chef!
