Only here did I find the Sacher made to perfection with the external frosting as crunchy as a thin sheet of chocolate. The quality of the raw materials and the perfect balance of the ingredients, the filling with the jam of their artisanal production and the perfect glazing make their product unique, absolutely up to the Viennese original. For me, without a shadow of a doubt, at Prolo you will find the best Sacher in Novara and its province. And a daughter and granddaughter of Austrians, raised in the cult of this cake, tells you this.
