It's a hot day, and we're looking for a light lunch on the shores of Venus Lake. The owner immediately directs us to the coolest table. He gives us the menu and tells us the specials of the day and their prices. We choose two different salads. Service is prompt. The local wine is "honest." The fresh fruit salad is excellent. The coffee is also excellent. You can relax on lounge chairs or in hammocks... Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but today it seemed like heaven on earth to me.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Excellent ice creams and granitas (recommended the one with local mulberry), with the possibility of using free sunbeds in the shade.

Chiringuito-like place in front of the lake. Lots of space, perfect for groups. Very friendly welcome, really nice and attentive owner. To eat, nice selection of salads and sandwiches, all very good. To drink, also there a nice selection, between beer and wine. A really pleasant lunch, thanks for this nice moment!

15/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, good food and excellent service from the girls. Only 4 stars because the fifth one remained on the heat-shrink collar of the bottle not adequately removed by the waiter.... Perhaps it is no longer customary to cut and then remove the capsule from the neck of the bottle, so that the cork does not encounter resistance, and the wine does not come into contact with the plastic when it comes out?
18/01/2025: One of the best restaurants in San Vito lo Capo, the food is divine, with abundant and tasty dishes... all based on fresh fish...

Ristorante Lo Chef

23/07/2025: August 2024, we called after 2:30 PM because we arrived late in town... we were warmly welcomed, and were told that the restaurant, by specific decision of the owner, Gaetano, the "Chef," is always open from lunch until late in the evening. The Garelli Gulp (a moped from my time) is a lovely and spectacular place, with many other photos hanging on the wall. The menu was simply spectacular, with delicious dishes. We had the busiate with sardines, very fresh and flavorful, busiate with grouper sauce, swordfish meatballs, and the fantastic illegal cannoli, a true delicacy! We wanted to meet Gaetano, a young chef who masterfully combines flavors and ingredients. The pasta is homemade. I even met his mother, a very kind person. What can I say? We returned during our stay to enjoy the other delicacies. Congratulations again. I'll be back in the area again in 2025, and I won't miss dinner at the Vintage restaurant... See you soon, Gaetano.
21/07/2025: Great food. I'm a passionate cook, and this is one of the few places I've never been disappointed with.
