Truly excellent food and excellent service; the maître d' was perhaps one of the kindest and most professional people I've ever encountered in a restaurant. The menu is very extensive and offers something different from the usual steakhouse fare. I give the atmosphere a 3 because the seats for two are in a very cold area, probably due to the entrance door. Prices are average.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, after a reservation at another nearby steakhouse went awry, and Mannaia was both a lifesaver and a wonderful discovery. I'd been looking for a place to eat well in a peaceful atmosphere, free from the superficiality of the usual "Instagrammable places" where social media posts outshine the food and service. And finally, I've found a rare gem. Impeccable service from the moment we booked, with no unnecessary complications—all we needed was a phone call. The welcome was excellent; we were immediately taken to our table without any waiting. The waiters were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: professional, polite, and attentive. They were able to recommend dishes and accommodated the needs and desires of everyone at the table. Above all, they never once made us feel like we were in the way, even though we arrived late. And of course, the food was delicious! We trusted our waiter's recommendations, and every dish was a surprise. The appetizers that most impressed us were the meatballs with broccoli rabe, the bombette (fried pasta), and the Genoese-style bao, all purchased side dishes and top-quality meat. The highlights that absolutely blew me away were the grills with the flame underneath (which actually cook the meat, not just for show), and the selection of various types of salt, which I haven't seen even in Michelin-starred restaurants. Plus, the olive oil and bread were delicious (which is not a given these days). And all this was accompanied by an incredibly good value. A dinner for 7 adults and 2 children, consisting of at least 10 appetizers, 4 kg of meat, 3 bottles of wine, side dishes, and desserts, cost us less than €60 per person, and we all went home satisfied with full bellies. In short, there's nothing to say, except that I'll be back very soon ;)

Everything was delicious: quality meat, perfectly cooked, and tasty side dishes. The appetizers were delicious and well-prepared. The only drawback was the lack of desserts during the week and the wine list, but they made up for it with a dark chocolate after the meal. A positive experience, highly recommended!

We went on Saturday evening, very nice and clean place, very kind staff... the only sore point was the wait for the sandwiches was almost 2 hours even though the place wasn't crowded... The products are very good

If you're passing through Caserta, you absolutely have to try it. The food is quality and the service is kind and attentive. I'll be back! 😋 Delicious.
