Quality pizzeria a few steps from the splendid setting of the cathedral square of L'Aquila. I really appreciated the possibility of choosing the pizza dough (in my case multi-grain base) and the supplì with the filling adapted to the typical flavors of Abruzzo, recommended!

Piccola perla nel cuore dell'Aquila dove il cuore si scalda grazie alla gentilezza e la genuinità dei proprietari, del personale, dei sapori e dell'ambiente. Le pizze sono superbe, la ricerca di materie prime e gli abbinamenti (a primo impatto insoliti ma dal gusto sorprendente) rendono ogni variante un viaggio nel gusto e nella riscoperta del palato. I supplì, rigorosamente fatti in casa, sono superbi sia nell'interno che nella panatura: quello con la cicoria veramente delizioso! Le montanarine sono una specialità, croccanti fuori e morbide all'interno. I dolci fatti in casa sono veramente golosi. Che dire di più ... un gioiello da scovare e scoprire dove tornare più volte per riuscire ad assaporare tutte le pizze. Continuate così perchè non siete la solita pizzeria ma molto di più!

Small pearl in the heart of L'Aquila where the heart warms thanks to the kindness and authenticity of the owners, the staff, the flavors and the environment. The pizzas are superb, the search for raw materials and the combinations (unusual at first glance but with a surprising taste) make each variant a journey into taste and the rediscovery of the palate. The supplì, strictly homemade, are superb both inside and in the breading: the one with chicory is truly delicious! Montanarine are a specialty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The homemade desserts are truly delicious. What more can I say... a jewel to find and discover where to return several times to be able to taste all the pizzas. Keep going because you are not the usual pizzeria but much more!

The owner together with his staff manage to create a truly special environment, where every customer feels like a friend. As for the food, I can't help but praise every single dish. The fried appetizer (supplì and potato chips) is delicious. But the real protagonist of the evening was the pizza dough: light, crunchy and with a unique flavour, which goes perfectly with the fresh, high-quality toppings. And if you think there can't be anything better, you're wrong: desserts are a delight! Every bite is an explosion of flavour, perfect for finishing off an already exceptional meal. In summary, this pizzeria is a place where the quality of the food combines with warm hospitality, making every visit an experience worth repeating. Highly recommended!

An unmissable taste experience. I tried the 7 cereal pizza and it was a real discovery, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The desserts are a surprise. The pistachio cake with a melting caramel heart is finger-licking good.

Excellent pizza and the advantage of being in the center of the city for a little evening walk

After several attempts to book, we finally managed to eat at this pizzeria and I must say that the wait was worth it. We took two fried foods, supplì with escarole and stuffed courgette flower. Both are good, especially the courgette flower. As for the pizza, however, very good both for the dough and the ingredients. Very kind service. Pizza prices a little high, but in line with the L'Aquila market.

Very good pizza (I took the one with bacon, pumpkin and pistachio), excellent service and maximum attention to customer requests, quiet atmosphere ideal for dinner with friends or family. Highly recommended pizzeria!

Passeggiata a l'Aquila e proprio vicino alla piazza del Duomo c'è la Pizzeria Maninpasta. Ottimo tutto. Antipasti buonissimi, ma la pizza è fantastica, tantissimi gusti gourmet ma "boni"! Torneremo sicuramente
