After several attempts to book, we finally managed to eat at this pizzeria and I must say that the wait was worth it. We took two fried foods, supplì with escarole and stuffed courgette flower. Both are good, especially the courgette flower. As for the pizza, however, very good both for the dough and the ingredients. Very kind service. Pizza prices a little high, but in line with the L'Aquila market.

I was at Maninpasta on Monday evening and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the place is very beautiful and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is He was very kind and very helpful, ready to satisfy our every request. But let's get to the pizza: I tried their specialty, the pizza with cereal dough, and I have to say that it was a good pizza. The dough was light, tasty at the right point and with a flavor that went perfectly with the sauce. The ingredients were well prepared and of good quality. I also really appreciated the variety of pizzas on the menu, with original proposals for all tastes. Furthermore, I had the impression that Maninpasta uses quality flours, which is a significant added value. The cheese and pepper chips are delicious. In short, if you love good pizza, Maninpasta is the place for you. You won't regret it.

Too bad I can't give more stars. My partner and I come from outside the region and this pizzeria was recommended to us by locals. Even though the place was full, they accommodated us and we had our table. What can I say, pizza that is not just a pizza, but yesterday I defined it as a sensorial experience. They were colors, scents, flavors so perfect, united together. Light dough, perfect cooking. I will drive an hour again to visit you again and hopefully next time we will find the custard for the babà. ;) Congratulations to all the staff!!

Passeggiata a l'Aquila e proprio vicino alla piazza del Duomo c'è la Pizzeria Maninpasta. Ottimo tutto. Antipasti buonissimi, ma la pizza è fantastica, tantissimi gusti gourmet ma "boni"! Torneremo sicuramente

Sì è superato rispetto a Rocca di Mezzo! Oltre alla pizza sempre ottima anche degli arancini sublimi! Bravissimi la migliore pizzeria per distacco all’Aquila!

We tried this pizza a few days ago, VERY GOOD. Quality products used, really well made and super digestible dough. They have recently opened in L'Aquila and there are certainly still some mechanisms in the service that could improve but overall really recommended. It's not the type of pizzeria that brings you burnt pizza after 50 seconds of sitting down, so they're a little slower but it's worth it. So I advise you to sit down and enjoy the evening without going in there thinking of eating in a fast food restaurant. The wait is justified if the product that arrives at the table is of quality. Very good craft beers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
