Had the best dinner in an absolutely fabulous setting overlooking the piazza with the harbour and Basilica in the background. Could not say enough good things about our experience - highly recommend it

The cuisine is its true strength: creative, meticulously crafted, and always surprising. This time, we were particularly impressed by the new dish, the Shrimp Pyramid. It's not only a delight for the palate, but also for the eyes: spectacular presentation and balanced flavors, expressing the sea and tradition with a touch of originality. It's one of those dishes that lingers in your memory and is worth the visit in itself. The rest of the menu never disappoints: top-quality ingredients, attention to seasonality, and a perfect balance between innovation and local roots. From starters to raw fish to desserts, every course confirms the passion and expertise behind this restaurant. In short: Manima Osteria is a certainty in Trani, a place to always return to knowing that you will leave with a smile

Truly a charming location overlooking the harbor and cathedral. The dishes are well-prepared; the mussels au gratin with green bread are amazing! The rice, potatoes, and mussels are also delicious. Furthermore, the bread basket is truly top-notch, made in a bakery with the highest-quality flours and grains, not to mention the oil... truly top-notch! The Fiordi Latte gelato with extra virgin olive oil and toasted almonds is also excellent. The glass of wine is not generous!

We visited Manima in Trani this evening and dined al fresco in the square, with a splendid view of the harbor and immersed in the magic of the historic center. The atmosphere is welcoming and charming, made even more pleasant by the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients. The desserts were simply sublime, the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening. The only downside was the portions, which were a bit smaller than expected, but the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience remained truly excellent. A restaurant we highly recommend for those seeking taste, hospitality, and the unique beauty of Trani.

The menu offers refined dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients: each course was a discovery of well-balanced flavors and presented with great care. The service was impeccable: fast, attentive, and always available to recommend the best wine or dish based on our tastes. Excellent value for the quality offered. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. I can't wait to go back!
