Manima is a restaurant located near the port of Trani that I highly recommend. The staff are extremely empathetic and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The seafood products are very fresh and prepared with great care, enhancing the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean. A truly excellent culinary experience that never disappoints!

Excellent fish dishes. We ate excellent lobster tagliolini: plentiful and of excellent quality. A place to recommend for spending a nice evening.

We went to Manima on a Sunday for lunch, if I could I would give it more than 5 stars. Emanuele was super welcoming and kind in satisfying our requests. Excellent food, super fresh fish and exquisite first courses. Price more than fair given the quality, super recommended!!!!!

Excellent place in everything: from the location overlooking the seafront of Trani, to the courtesy of the owner and the waiters, starting from the tasting of oils offered up to the dishes which are all good and characterized by fresh fish. Highly recommended

Excellent dishes carefully chosen respecting local products. I also appreciated the description of each dish as it was served. Perhaps that evening, given that the staff was reduced, there were too many oversights.

We have been to Mānima twice already and I can say that both experiences were positive. The staff is friendly and professional. As soon as you arrive you have a tasting of truly exquisite oils. The quality of the ingredients of the dishes is excellent, but the thing that must be underlined is the skill of the chef in preparing the dishes: tradition and creativity go hand in hand. Excellent value for money. Keep it up.

Were recommended by our Airbnb host. One of the nicest meals we have enjoyed in Italy. All dishes tried were stand out, ravioli, ragu, lobster but the Pistachio Passinata dessert was WOW! It was later explained that it was awarded the best dessert in Italy and quite rightly too! Very reasonable price for the quality of food.

06/01/2025: Near the Barletta castle. We had lunch with some friends. We ate very well. Excellent quality food. An excellent appetizer, delicious raw seafood, a first course of spaghetti rich in shellfish, with good fried prawns and calamari. Sweet fruit and coffee. All good.. but above all the welcome we received from the owners, two brothers, two good guys. Compliments.
05/01/2025: Excellent experience. Very good price, perfect location (in front of the castle) and super friendly staff! We found it by chance in one of the stages of our trip to Puglia. The owner is exceptionally kind and told us some anecdotes about the city and recommended what to see in Barletta. We ate very well, both the fish and the land dishes. Recommended are the orecchiette alla Bari and the spaghetti with clams and mussels. We paid 85 euros for three, starter (rich), first course, dessert, water and coffee. Excellent value for money. We live in Abruzzo, but if we return to Barletta we will definitely stop to eat here.

28/12/2024: Fosse per il cibo avrei dato cinque stelle…davvero tutto ottimo dall antipasto al dolce,personale molto valido la location accogliente ma….barriere architettoniche direi :zero! Mi dispiace ma eravamo circa trenta persone (ma anche meno)tutti in una sala con tre tavolate …troppo stretti!non c’era posto per sediolone e passeggino perché c’erano due bimbi! Scalini per andare in bagno senza passamano…molto pericoloso per persone anziane,come anche il tragitto dalla strada alla location non adatto a persone anziane o con passeggini,scomodo ma soprattutto pericoloso! Mi dispiace queste sono cose importanti per la sicurezza del cliente! Peccato perché si mangia davvero bene!
