I've been using Mani in Pasta for years, and having grown up in the restaurant world, I'll give a realistic review. The products they use are high-quality, and personally, the pizza is very good (the pizza is more than well-topped, large, and has nice high edges). The fries and fried foods are well-made using new oil, never stale. The quality/price ratio has risen a bit lately. The pizza varies greatly depending on the pizza chef, and the degree of doneness, unfortunately, varies greatly depending on the time of day and day of the week (depending on whether the oven is busy, meaning lots of pizzas and lots of orders to be baked). Unfortunately, I've had a few cases of excessively burned pizza or a product on the pizza that was no longer good enough to eat due to the summer heat. Mistakes happen! They're certainly unacceptable, but the owner has always been honest and kind, either in exchanging my pizza or admitting the mistake. The place isn't always spotless, and the noise from the bar across the street leaves much to be desired, especially with some slightly tipsy individuals... Service, however, is quick, taking 5 to 15 minutes.
