Modern and super cute location to take a picture. Arianna is very kind and welcoming and the sandwiches are delicious

Very nice location located on a pedestrian street. Dinner with friends where I ordered angus hamburger with potato bread... really good. But above all the service... very attentive, especially from Arianna, very attentive to the customer. We will definitely return!!!

Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change an ingredient (to get a tomato) without overpaying by creating your own menu. Fortunately, Jimena was very friendly and professional and explained everything to me calmly. Thanks to her, the service is excellent.

Every time I return to Florence, I can't help but visit 180 grams Burger, top quality meat, but for a couple of months now, there is a very special waitress in her service, cordial, kind, attentive, involved with the service and the restaurant, so I want to leave my Congratulations to Miss Jimena.. I repeat Congratulations Jimena.. continue like this, in work life, there are several ways to serve, but yours is excellent...that is the path to Success.

03/06/2025: Excellent hotel located a few steps from the train station. It is a historic hotel in the center of Florence. Wonderful panoramic terrace from which you can admire the beauties of the city.
28/05/2025: Our family booked 2 rooms 216 and 214. Location is great. We paid about 3000 pounds for 4 nights. In the morning very noisy because the house keeping service to nearby other guestroom around 8.30 -9.00 am woke me up. Some front office staff was very helpful but some staff Elisa was unacceptable. I asked her to put the mark on the keycard so I know which keycard is for which room as we had 2 rooms. She declined because the hotel needs to reuse the keycard to the new guest after we checkout. Putting a mark on will be impossible to reuse the keycard for another guest. I am very disappointed. With the amout we paid 3000 pounds the hotel staff is so mean. It is just one keycard. Hope the hotel can be more generous.
