I ordered for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was excellent as well as the side dish I ordered. I also liked the fact that it was served in a special box so that it wouldn't heat up during delivery, which I really appreciate. Delivery was a little late but no big deal since it was Saturday night so that was more than understandable. The only flaw was that an ingredient was missing from the sandwich I ordered, but again, nothing serious, more than understandable. I will definitely order again :)
