We went for the first time last Sunday for lunch, we ate really well. The service was fast and the staff were really friendly and nice. The room is welcoming and well furnished. Recommended 😉

Not the first time at Mangio, excellent Lucanian dishes and not all followed by a welcoming environment and impeccable service, first and foremost Mara and Anika, attentive and friendly. Worth visiting in the Pigneto area.

The welcome already predisposes you to tasting excellent dishes, empathetic and professional staff. Starters of exquisite Lucanian cheeses and cured meats, on all the crunchy and fantastic bran peppers, also present in some first courses, and in the Roman crostone together with the creamed cod also present in the amberjack ceviche. Among the first courses I tasted really good homemade spaghettone with anchovies and anchovy colatura, to be included in the menu where you can also find the same spaghettoni alla carbonara and cacio e pepe, potato gnocchi with courgettes, almonds, cod and the inevitable cruschi peppers.... The winery from which we took Aglianico di Vulture was also excellent. Gesualdo. We didn't taste the second courses, as the lunch was already plentiful. Fair price. Well earned the 5 stars, excellent, good location, it deserves a better area.

Very pleasant surprise... discovered by chance, looking at the last moment for a restaurant near home. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and super helpful right from the moment you booked, the location was really beautiful and the dishes were super, really super. I ate a "real" tiramisu which I can hardly find. Very honest prices. And what can I say... it really felt like I was at a friends house. I'll be back very soon.

Everything perfect, the idea of ​​the floppy disk as a saucer for the dessert is very nice ;)) Mainly Lucanian cuisine. We came for lunch and had no problems parking 2 cars.

Causa lavoro non ho potuto dare giudizi sui ristoranti in cui mangio. Riprendo oggi da Mangio. Ottimo ristorante, cordiali ed efficienti i proprietari e i camerieri. Cibo lucano ottimo. Da consigliare ma prenotando.

Questo locale è stato un'autentica sorpresa sotto tutti i punti di vista: cibo, personale e ambiente. Gestito da giovani che sanno ricreare un ambiente familiare, offre un menu con ottimi piatti, prevalentemente ispirati alla tradizione lucana con una rivisitazione originale. Il locale, dalla struttura particolare, è arredato in modo decisamente originale. Assolutamente da provare!
