09/01/2025: I went to eat at Mrs. Maria's! I ate with Mrs. Maria! As someone from outside the region, it delighted me with typical, simple and genuine foods. We immediately understood each other when he understood that I was looking for local dishes, far from elaborate preparations and endless menu lists. I don't usually have dessert, but here there was something typical, fresh of the day and I ended the dinner with a treat. Mrs. Maria is simple, extremely sincere and kind, a person to know, a person who radiates the sense of the green countryside of the past.
