Eating real Japanese food is a rare experience in Florence, and if you want to stop and learn a little Japanese or the tea ceremony, you can do that too.

Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime! A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.

The cheerful and fun Eri-san provided the best hospitality, and the food was of course Japanese. It wasn't the typical Japanese-style food you often find overseas. I had the pork cutlet curry as takeout. My friend said the ramen was delicious.

I unexpectedly came across delicious Japanese food in Florence. Catering Giapponese & ManGiappone's "Dry Dandan Noodles" have an exquisite balance of aroma, spiciness, and richness! In fact, the restaurant is run by an owner who trained in Japan. I felt that this dish was made possible because of their deep understanding of Japanese flavors. They also have all the classics, including sushi, udon, and curry. I recommend this place when you're feeling a bit tired of Italian food and craving Japanese food. 😊

I've sometimes ordered a table, but I often order takeout. The service and friendliness complement the excellent dishes.

In a homey, informal atmosphere, and driven by good word of mouth, we decided to try this very interesting little place. The cuisine is authentic, and the flavors make you imagine being in Asia. We tried several things and were satisfied with the taste. The only downsides were the rather small portions, even though we had chosen larger options (obviously, an additional cost). The side dishes and off-menu items were also very limited. The meat/broth selection was limited. The desserts were substantial, but nothing special. Overall, it's a place we'll return to, even to try the sushi or other off-menu items. Recommended
