A quaint and welcoming place. The pizza was good, the fried foods were decent. The five-star service is entirely thanks to Flaminia, the waiter at our table, who demonstrated courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness. However, it took another waiter to approach our table for the whole situation to change. She only needed to bring us cutlery and plates for the fried foods; she left them all at the head of the table, leaving us to distribute them. As always, it's the people who make the difference. A negative note: the cashier. Aside from the fact that empathy didn't seem to be her forte, when it came time to pay the bill, a small discrepancy emerged regarding one dish. Although she apologized, she had to call Flaminia to confirm our words, with the people in line witnessing the scene. I understand that there are people who take advantage of situations, but there are also people, like me, who never return to a place because of such lapses in style. Detail and customer service are not to be underestimated in a business whose success hinges on customer presence. All in all, a positive experience.

We had dinner last night. The location was very pretty and quaint. Excellent value. Delicious pizza. Polite and friendly staff. Flaminia, in particular, was cheerful, friendly, helpful, and polite. I can't say the same about the cashier. She was unprofessional and rude. When paying, we noticed there was an extra course, and she questioned it with unpleasant mannerisms and expressions. She even asked the waitress to confirm, and even scolded her in front of us (again, unprofessional and rude). Aside from this small inconvenience, I definitely recommend this pizzeria, and we'll definitely be back.

It's been a while since we've been here. But as always, the food is divine. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good Neapolitan pizza and enjoy Neapolitan dishes. The staff is friendly and fast.
