I found this restaurant on The fork and we decided to give it a try. Very nice and welcoming place. As appetizers we took a trio of tartar with its condiments (I didn't like it that much because it was spicy and masked the taste of the meat) while the other dish chosen was the mix of hot and cold appetizers (Mangiafuoco) for 2 people this very good. The first course was the wheat germ strips with Chianina stew, delicious but difficult to take 😂 Other friends had a very good mixed fry and an equally good mixed grill of meat. To conclude, cream ice cream and sweet chocolate salami.

Nice family run restaurant. Very friendly staff and excellent food (the mixed starter is highly recommended). We will definitely be back with pleasure.

Per ragioni di lavoro giro molto sia in Italia che all estero e credo che come ho cenato in MangiaFuoco in pochi ristorant lo fatto. Ci ritornero presto perché molta qualità e poco prezzo. Giorgio

Everything was excellent, I booked by chance at this restaurant and I must say that I had a very good time, I ate some excellent meat, a rare cut of beef. Excellent quality, very friendly staff and an elegant and peaceful environment. I will definitely return and recommend it.

03/01/2025: Excellent location, close to the car park and above all very close to the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean like the whole hotel. We will definitely be back.
02/01/2025: What a lovely place! The staff was always helpful. The rooms were just what we needed. Comfortable, clean and we had a beautiful view. The breakfast was included, and was ample and delicious. This hotel was close to St Francis Basilica, which was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel
