I'd been eyeing their pizza for a while...and my expectations were more than met.
Finally, a pizza that isn't "random," but rather one where there's careful research into the flours, the right hydration, and leavening. The result is a rustic, crispy dough with the right consistency.
The toppings used are equally good.
The owners are friendly.
The service is quick.
The bill is fair.
Next time, we'll try the kitchen because the delicious aromas wafted from the dishes being served in the dining room. ☺️

"We stumbled upon this pizzeria on Ferragosto (August 15th) by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The location is truly beautiful and meticulously maintained, exuding a welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable: they welcomed us with kindness and attentiveness despite it being a holiday. I recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the generosity of the staff, first and foremost, and then for the dishes. The interior has a unique atmosphere, with plenty of space and unique decor. The exterior is cool and comfortable, with car access available. Recommended for meat and the delicate, fresh handmade gnocchi. In two evenings, we sampled the entire menu, from the flavors of the charcuterie and cheese platter to the pasta dishes and roasts. Fair prices.
