The place is very cute and intimate, both inside and out. We sat outside on cushions, and it was truly delightful: the city life flowing, the rain falling, and the good food.
It's admittedly a bit pricey for a platter and a glass of wine; we paid €22.50, but it was totally worth it.
The deli meats are top-quality, the cheeses are very good, there are various types of bread, and an amazing truffle mousse.
The staff is very nice and friendly, and they even gave us a free house cantuccino when we paid.
Plus, they have a lot of branded items, and best of all, there's an open-front deli where you can buy typical Tuscan products of excellent quality.
Highly recommended!!!

My favourite place in Florence. Excellent food, amazing wines and no words to describe the wonderful, friendly and effective service. Love it and always come back every time I’m in Florence. For truffle lovers that is the place. Many plates with truffle but a wide variety of other sauces. Desserts never disappoint. Fabulous place.

The carbonara was so good here that we had it a second time on the same trip.
The second time around things were much worse: we were served undercooked steak (which we paid $140 for).
When we asked for it to be cooked properly, the waitress tried to gaslight us into believing that this is an “Italian medium rare” — the steak was literally cold.
They then “made it right” by overcooking it to a medium well. (Which we were told was an “Italian medium”). We just ate it at this point.
It was fine.
