We got two mains: the cacio e pepe and the one with the fava beans and both were excellent. The santomisù was a blast and the best part of the night. Our servers, Robert and Adrian, were very attentive to our needs and had good chat. I should not forget to mention the breathtaking view, very romantic and special.

Solitamente i ristoranti degli alberghi sono modesti; jn questo caso si è, invece, rivelato una piacevole sorpresa. Si mangiano proposte ispirate alla cucina della tradizione toscana davvero buone. Adeguata scelta di vini. Servizio attento e curato. Consigliato.

Je n'évalue que ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Je ne doute pas que le cadre doit être encore plus splendide en été, avec la promesse d'un déjeuner ou d'un dîner sur la terrasse du 7ème étage avec la vue sur les collines de Toscane. Cependant je dois dire que je n'ai trouvé ici que des plats assez fades. Une présentation comme dans un restaurant gastronomique mais sans le goût. C'est cher, c'est moyen, sans plus. Ça va si vous n'avez pas d'autre solution.

An excellent experience. Kind, helpful staff, great service, suberb atmosphere, delicious food. Do not miss out on the Santomisú, it is divine.
