A wonderful evening at Vastè! Truly excellent pizza, light dough, and fresh, quality ingredients. The restaurant's dishes are also delicious and beautifully presented. Friendly staff, fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere just steps from the sea. A place where you eat well and immediately feel at home. Highly recommended if you're in Porto Cesareo! 🍕🌊✨

A perfect evening in great company. We shared dinner with friends, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent food. Every dish was carefully prepared, from the appetizers to the first courses, from the pizzas to the main courses, and even the dessert. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and unobtrusive. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

11/06/2026: We chose this restaurant out of curiosity after receiving the 4 Ristoranti award. Both the quality and quantity of the dishes were disappointing. We ordered a parmigiana, which arrived burnt and a bit salty, and a plate of "Ciceri e tria" (pasta and chickpeas from Lecce), which was good but the portion was tiny and served in a chipped earthenware dish, missing a handle! For our second course, we ordered "bombette," traditional meat rolls filled with cheese. They were good, but...there were only four of them, and they were small, a bit cheap for €15. The final bill was €55, with only water as a drink.
11/06/2026: The best dinner during a week's vacation in Salento. The cuisine is exquisite: the authenticity of the dishes is evident from the first bite. The excellent cuisine is complemented by the owners' friendliness. Highly recommended.
