Family service, good food, fresh fish, and fair prices. The lady's culinary advice is priceless, and the orange and onion salad is worth the trip.

Given the reviews, I'm very surprised. We were very well received by the owner and her mother. The food was good; meat purchased from the local butcher a few minutes earlier, fresh fish, and a very good dessert! The price is more than fair for the quality, especially for a tourist town. My 10-month-old baby was welcomed with open arms; she even got to visit the kitchens, which were very clean. In addition, a bottle of water was offered upon leaving, given the extreme heat. I should point out that "paying for the cutlery" is common in Italy; it's how all restaurants operate. Do your research before writing this off as negative.

Mangia e Taci”… il nome dice tutto! Una trattoria dove qualità e quantità vanno di pari passo. Il pesce è freschissimo e la cucina, semplice e autentica, esalta i veri sapori del mare. Consigliato per chi cerca una cena di gusto, avvolta da profumi e sapori mediterranei.

Cibo di buona qualità ma troppo caro per il contesto, piccolo locale a gestione familiare. La vicinanza con il centro storico lo rende metà di turisti.

10/06/2025: We ate here twice. The pizzas are wonderful with their delicious cheese and puffy Sicilian pizza crust. The burger was overcooked, so stick to the pizzas. It took a while for the food the come to the table, but we’re on Italian time. The little plaza is a nice hangout spot. Overall it’s a great place for dinner.
05/04/2025: As soon as I entered the service of the pizzeria was perfect. I was welcomed by 2 very kind girls and the smells were very good, I highly recommend this pizzeria for people who want to try new things this pizzeria is the best

30/05/2025: In una tranquilla strada nel dedalo di Ortigia, una fantastica esperienza da Kamel. Ottimo pesce servito, dall’antipasto ai secondi piatti, in porzioni generosissime e qualità eccellente. L’offerta dei vini è adeguata (spicca il vino prodotto dal calciatore Barzagli) e la simpatia impareggiabile della proprietaria completa la riuscita della serata dopo teatro. Da non perdere se venite a Siracusa
