Impeccable I highly recommend it

We come here for dinner, together with a group of friends and acquaintances. Overlooking the patience required by the parking, we notice the welcome of the place furnished in a pleasant white minimal. Kind staff, with an accurate, discreet and attentive service. Noteworthy appetizers, with a rigorous choice of raw materials and absolute creative ability of the chef: followed by a calamarata worthy of Michelin attention and an amazing smoked spaghetti, absolutely to be tasted in the course of one's life. Unfortunately our stay could not continue further but we will return to complete the menu. Totally recommended if you go to Roseto.

Spaghetto Verrigni: very high quality fish; unmistakable taste, refined balance of flavours. It amazed me just from the first taste; the Maruska Fala trifle absolutely excellent.. Here we are at a ***** level. Chapeau, Marco Manetta and Maruska Fala: continue with this class, this rigorous refinement and this incomparable taste..!

Best restaurant by far from Roseto.

Quasi sul lungo mare, facile da raggiungere, questo elegante locale. Raffinato nei piatti, nel servizio, anche se con qualche distrazione (era al completo) il tovagliato. L'eleganza del locale, in questa occasione, è stata rovinata dalla pioggia; gli ambienti non interni, ma laterali sono sotto una tettoia in metallo, la pioggio ha creato molto rumore; inoltre le ampie vetrate, bellissime, non permettevano un corretto riscaldamento. Il pranzo molto buono, piatti raffinati, nella presentazione e nell'abbinamento degli ingredienti freschi e buonissimi; antipasto misto caldo con crostacei, un primo ed il dolce. Lista vini completa, molte regioni rappresentate, e anche etichette straniere fermi e mossi. Un pranzo dal costo sopra la media.

Esperienza fantastica tutti i 5 sensi coinvolti in questa cena tra amici . Materie prime di qualità eccellente ricercata voluta . Abbinamenti lineari senza inutuli quantongratuiti eccessi . Pesce freschissimo in particolare scampi e seppioline nostrane . Poi immancabile cordialità e precisione nel servizio . Tre stelle reali meritate sul campo . Bravissimo Marco Manetta .
