sono stato più volte in questo ristorante ed è arrivato il momento per una recensione: eccellente il cibo che propongono, pesce freschissimo, cucinato alla perfezione e servito con professionalità e cordialità, personale cordiale, gentile e professionale, ambiente elegante e molto accogliente, anche se l'esterno rispetto alla sala interna è un pò più scadente, il conto, anche se "saporito" decisamente in linea ed adeguato a quello che viene servito ...... se si vuole la qualità è corretto pagarla!!!!

The restaurant is located a few tens of meters from the seafront, very close to the central promenade of Roseto, it does not have private parking and therefore in the summer it is difficult to find parking, on the contrary in the winter. The venue reflects all today's standards for all disabled people or those with mobility difficulties, for those with strollers etc etc. The restaurant is part of a building that also includes a Boutique Hotel (Manè), it has two "rooms" one external (covered, more suitable for summer periods) and one internal, with well-spaced tables and very comfortable seats, now there are few places of this kind. The last observation on the structure is that inside the place is a little dated, it could do with a "refresh". But let's get to the menu. We opted for a Manetta tasting menu which includes three types of starters (a raw, a cold, a hot, see photo), a first course and a second course (€70 per person), plus we had a dessert per person, two coffees (which were offered to us), a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, the lunch bill was €190 (see receipt). Is it worth it? OF COURSE YES, the restaurant is not cheap or at least if you think you are coming to binge eat at fast-food prices of course it is not cheap. We opted for a complete itinerary with unique dishes of undisputed quality. We were not served mussels and clams or salmon in all its facets. Quality in catering costs money, in fish-based catering it costs even more, and Manetta has been able to interpret the concept very well, it is one of those few fish restaurants on the Teramo coast that is a reference point for quality cuisine. A round of applause to the dining room staff and the owner himself who take care of the diners, ready to satisfy any need, making them feel at home. The experience in this restaurant is very positive, the price is fair and proportionate, a place where I would take anyone knowing that they will still make a good impression, a point of reference (now very few on the coast), it is a restaurant to include in your favorites and to be recommended to those looking for quality and unique flavours.

Very good and plentiful tasting itinerary

My wife and myself were recommended by locals to visit Manetta as one of the best restaurants in all Abruzzo ,So we went to have a Lunch .. We shared a platte of cold carudo ( raw sea food) that was delicious Not just the by the quality of the ingredients but the chef touches as well, The pasta dish with black truffle was a success in my case but less with my wife choice of pasta,as it was a bit” heavy” . The grilled SeaBass fish we shared was done perfectly and the tasty potatoes that came as supplement to the fish were cooked excellent . The restaurant is a bit pricey but with such quality of raw materials you can almost understand 😉😜
