I was very happy to go there. There were new and creative dishes, and they were well-executed, but this time they were basic, and everything was very neutral, mild, and darling! I won't be back for now. I'll wait five months and then try again, hoping they understand that some seafood needs to be enhanced with seasoning. Not everything should be left to its own taste, which can be nauseating.

Refined atmosphere, professional staff, not your average meal. But a quest for quality, presentation of dishes, flavors and freshness, more than excellent wine list. I drank a JERMAN Chardonnay, excellent, right down to the desserts, all to be discovered. I'll return. The price is in line with the level of the environment.
