One of the most beautiful shops in Fossano, modern yet very welcoming. When I enter, I feel like I'm in another world. During the Christmas season, it transforms into a little Christmas wonderland filled with the scent of chocolate. The windows are meticulously curated, and inside, they offer a wide range of beautiful, delicious gift ideas for all budgets. The sales assistants are incredibly fast and incredibly patient!

We received a wonderful selection of Mandrile & Melis chocolates as a gift, and what a discovery! From the very first bite, it was a true journey of taste: flavors that instantly transported us back to the sweet and joyful memories of our childhood. A collection created to delight every palate and tantalize every taste. Among the most indulgent, in addition to the classics, we fell in love with the coconut, the salted caramel, the zabaglione, and many other delights… And now, we can't wait to visit this magnificent place!

I've always loved rum-filled Cuneesi, but in my opinion, the ones from Mandrile are the best. And then there's the classic panettone: Galup is always Galup.

Years ago, we tasted Mandrile and Melis chocolates at a fair. This year, we decided to visit their headquarters and... we were thrilled! A true wonderland for praline lovers: a vast selection, from pralines with and without liqueur, rum-filled cuneesi, and many other varieties. Adequate prices, a well-kept and tidy shop, and helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

16/12/2025: The hospitality and professionalism are truly excellent at this restaurant. The cuisine, strongly rooted in the local area, offers captivating and certainly not banal dishes (from appetizers to desserts). The restaurant's offerings include excellent, reasonably priced menus that offer a wide range of choices, or a menu full of delicious dishes. Among these, I had the pleasure of choosing a generous and delicious snail dish. I highly recommend this place and personally plan to return with pleasure.
19/11/2025: We celebrated my wife's birthday at Ristorante dei Bersaglieri with a wonderful lunch, for which we received compliments from all our guests. We were fortunate to have the entire winery to ourselves, but the restaurant also has other rooms and a splendid outdoor space from which to enjoy the view of the Langhe hills. The dishes were exquisite, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent, even the background music. We will definitely do it again and I can't recommend this place highly enough.
