We ate very well, with a wide selection of excellent first courses. The tortelli cacio e pepe and the mushroom ravioli were very popular. The tender fillet steak was perfectly cooked, and the fried mushrooms and desserts were excellent. The service was super efficient, fast, and friendly, despite the place being packed. The only downside was that the place was a bit chaotic and it was hard to talk to the person sitting across from you. But highly recommended! 🔝

This restaurant, styled like an old country inn, offers excellent food, both in quality and quantity (abundant). Fast and impeccable service. Definitely worth a try, even though it's a bit out of the way compared to the city (Florence) and the town (Londa).

The potato tirtelli and the super-stuffed ricotta ravioli are excellent...topped with mushrooms or meat ragu! The steak is incredibly tender...great value for money!

I always recommend booking, as the restaurant, although large, is always very busy. Excellent food! The best ricotta and spinach ravioli I've ever eaten, served plain or with the excellent meat or wild boar ragù. Excellent main courses and side dishes, especially the fried mushrooms. The interior and large outdoor green spaces are very beautiful.

A unique place for its beauty amidst nature and the colors of the forest, but a lady with an Eastern European accent or something like that served us, pampered us, and looked after us with a kindness and care that definitely made our day. Thanks again to her, for her sweetness and thoughtfulness. The food was truly excellent!!!

15/11/2025: Classic...family-style...traditional...excellent...Tuscan cuisine. A small...charming...pleasant atmosphere. Attentive...courteous...welcoming service. Truly excellent dishes (excellent pici all'aglione....sublime Francesina with onions....) A must-visit place if you come to Certaldo.
27/10/2025: we get there by chance! We got one of the best pasta dishes while enjoying a local and traditional atmosphere. You need to try their pasta al "chichibio" - fungi, salchicha and tartufo!

05/01/2026: The best restraint in Italy. 10 years ago, when I was traveling in Florence, I just discovered this restaurant and walked in. The taste of their spinach risotto left such a strong impression that I couldn’t forget it even after all these years, so I came back again this time. Even after 10 years, the taste is exactly the same. It’s simply seasoned with butter, yet it’s the most delicious risotto I’ve ever had. I truly hope this restaurant will continue forever. Thanks and respect for the chef.
20/12/2025: A true trattoria serving traditional dishes made the way they used to be. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the interior is actually spacious and well-maintained. I came here with a group of friends, asking to try everything, and I can tell you that, from the first course of tagliatelle with mushrooms or wild boar ragù, to the second course of steak and peposo, not to mention the classic crostini nero and the charcuterie board, there was nothing that turned my nose up. ​To top it off, there were cantucci and Vin Santo, perfect for a traditional end to the meal. If I had to say anything, perhaps the wine list is a bit sparse, but the labels on offer are sufficient and pair beautifully with the dishes.
