Cibo ottimo e ragazzi veramente cortesi... siamo stati la sera dell'8 marzo, avevano difficoltà nel trovarci posto perché abbiamo chiamato in ritardo ma ci hanno accolto e sistemato benissimo.

Visited this evening. Bright and lively place. Young and polite staff. In summer there is an open, tree-lined area for tables overlooking the valley. Consumed: a good platter for two of cured meats and cheeses with a bowl of hot fried foods (17 euros in total); a normal capricciosa for seasoning and perfect for pasta; a courgette flower pizza, very well seasoned with the same goodness as the pasta, 9 euros each but the pizzas were really large and arrive whole on the plate but already cut into wedges, and it's very convenient; a Roman-style sautéed chicory, I don't remember the price but it was modest; a mineral beer and a small draft beer. In total 43.5 euros. Pleasant evening to repeat. Only suggestion: a hot focaccia would have been perfect with the cutting board instead of the excellent homemade bread, very easy to prepare because there is a wood oven. For amateurs, I glimpsed a rich wall-mounted wine cellar. The restaurant also offers various first and second courses, and various appetizers and side dishes.

A truly excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Excellent quality food, very well cooked, friendly and professional staff. Small but very nice place, especially in summer with the cool outdoor space among the olive trees. In short, we discovered it some time ago, but we will never leave it again.

Great experience! In the center of Montelibretti, behind the municipality. Short menu (but not too short), but clear and precise ideas in the kitchen, with their own specific identity and recognisability. Homemade dishes and pasta: house-made starter (very good); first course tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms ok; fabulous cappellacci with chicory and the first of the day (pasta with artichokes, bacon and pecorino) exceptional. As a second course, sliced ​​with porcini mushrooms (but it was amazing) and strips with rocket and parmesan, delicious. The desserts (millefoglie and berry cheesecake), really good... PS they also make pizza (but not for lunch) and I had the impression that that was also a strong point of the place... Good, good! Congratulations to the lady and her son who manage everything very well.
