It's always wonderful to return to this restaurant! Now the owner's children are also here and I must say that they are working very hard with excellent results. Excellent raw materials, really interesting dishes and always impeccable hospitality... It's been a while since we went but now we will resume our evenings with them and then the chat about food and wine will be a must. Well done guys 👏

Family lunch on Sunday, we had no difficulty parking even though it is next to a swimming pool because there is free reserved parking. Greeted by extremely friendly and brilliant staff the food is really really good. Really fresh and artfully cooked fish. We have had everything, from raw to fried, truly excellent, the thought makes your mouth water again. So much so that, taken "by the wave", the next day we tried to experiment by cooking new flavours..... So you also take home some enthusiasm. More than recommended.

Crazy raw food, never eaten so good in Emilia... attention to detail... impeccable service, very helpful and kind staff... Highly recommended!!!

An explosion of aromatic molecules to enchant our 10,000 taste buds: Smoked salmon marinated with Kiwi and Martini sauce Oyster with Gin and lemon juice 🍋 Gazpacho with Italian red prawn sashimi Octopus and local fishing Monkfish cooked at low temperature with its tuna and giardiniera sauce Saffron spaghetti, clams, prawns and courgettes Peach sorbet with red fruit sauce and shortcrust pastry crumbs I went for lunch on Sunday with a Spanish chemist friend of mine who deals with neurogastronomy All the courses were delicious, tasting the sea in every bite The kindness and professionalism of chef Antonio and chef Fabio simply made us feel at home Thanks so much guys, everything was delicious! I didn't say that the fish isn't of high quality, on the contrary....but some of the dishes didn't completely convince me. I would like to point out that I found myself quite well and I hope to return...thanks for everything and thanks to the staff.
