Ormai è la mia tappa fissa perché in un unico locale ho la possibilità di gustare pizze d’eccellenza e salumi e formaggi di altissimi livelli che difficilmente si trovano in giro. Il prosciutto di Parma selezione d.o.p. è divino per non parlare delle pizze : impasto profumato,condimento abbondante e cottura perfetta. Ciliegina sulla torta? Il rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale!

22/08/2024: Pizza a dir poco sublime: impasto sottile, digeribilissima ! Veramente Top! Una delle mie preferite! Locale piccolo ma accogliente con Saletta esterna vicino al Calvario di Monopoli e poco distante dal Bar La Nave ( altro posto Top di Monopoli) Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente incredibile per una delle pizze più buone che abbia mai mangiato! E credetemi che a Monopoli, la concorrenza è agguerrita e soprattutto di ottimo livello! Del resto lui, Ciro, è stato eletto campione d'Europa nel 1996 nella categoria! Non è un caso.... 5 stelle meritatissime! Ah, dimenticavo: Panzerotto spettacolare! Come fatto in casa!
