Mamma Che Pizza In Favara

Very difficult to rate a pizzeria in one of the towns of Sicily where they make the best pizzas in Italy or even the world!!! Here, the chef has a great reputation. He has won several competitions, including a world-class one with his “Mondiale” pizza, a white pizza. A real delight! Everything is impeccable! The service, the kindness, the traditional cuisine! All ! And we tested around ten different pizzas!! Congratulations to the team for the exceptional quality!!!

The very fast service and the hot food with a divine flavor, deserves the award of best pizzeria in Sicily. I recommend it because in addition to having dishes with special flavors they also have a wonderful organization.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Original in the mix of ingredients, delicately crunchy dough (also excellent with 5 cereals), simply excellent. On the other hand, with the room full of people, you want to escape! Soundproofing absolutely necessary. After an hour you feel sick. It's not comfortable in the outdoor seating due to too much heat (at least in this period obviously) and due to vehicular traffic passing a couple of meters away. Air conditioning in the room not sufficient to satisfy environmental well-being. Bathrooms without proper ventilation: a real oven! In essence: valid restyling, but still some necessary adjustments to give this pizzeria what it rightly deserves. Low prices. Free street parking. Location close to the seafront. I repeat: mouth-watering pizza. Enjoy the one called "trip to Sicily". The appetizer with potatoes with stracciatella and pistachios was also excellent. Grams!!!

All smoke, but burnt roast! The furnishings of the restaurant are modern and comfortable. The environment is calm, the waiters still show some uncertainty in their service. The waiting times are very long, even though there wasn't a full house. The pizza has good quality ingredients, but the dough is terrible, undercooked and soggy. The bill was too high. I think there is still a lot of work to do!

After a very long day at the beach we concluded our adventure in this splendid place. We were welcomed with smiles and spontaneity and immediately felt at home. The pizza goes well with beer but, being a wine lover, I enjoyed a really excellent red wine recommended by the waiter Roberto. What can I tell you? When, after a shorter wait, the pizzas arrived I was amazed. Beautiful obviously but the taste? I am Venetian but never again will I allow myself to have a pizza knowing that it will not be comparable to this one. Soft, strong flavour, fish perfectly accompanied by tomato and fir di latte, obviously exceptional pistachio, fried rocket as a touch of magic. Perfect combination of flavors. There are no words, really. Highly recommended! If you are from here or by chance you have the opportunity to stop by, it will be a wonderful evening, you won't regret it, I promise!!❤️

Locale con tavoli al piano superiore. Tavoli un po' stipati nella sala probabilmente il sabato ci sarà molta confusione, il bagno però è al piano terra. Pizza buona, vista la fama magari avevo delle alte aspettative. Buone anche le arancinette.
