Mamima Ristorante In Bologna

Welcoming, simple, but above all, you eat well and spend little.

I loved this restaurant. I don't remember the names of anything, but I enjoyed all the dishes. They serve authentic food.

Excellent quality meat, highly recommended for those who like Florentine-style slices.

There were five of us at Mamima, and we had a fantastic evening. The restaurant is located a bit off the beaten tourist track and boasts a modern, stylish atmosphere. The meat display cases, with their huge selection of top-quality cuts, and the excellent wine list are particularly impressive. We started with ham, mortadella di Bologna, cheese, and fresh bread. This was followed by carbonara and spaghetti aglio e peperoncino. The highlight, however, was the 1.8 kg Fiorentina – perfectly presented, superbly grilled, and of the highest quality. The tagliata with crispy roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables was also excellent. To top it all off, we enjoyed a wonderful biserno, warm service from the owner, and a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant music. Unfortunately, we had to decline the offered grappa at the end – not because of the restaurant, but because we had already spent the whole weekend practicing… wine tasting. 🍷😄 A clear recommendation for all meat and wine lovers in Bologna! 🥩🍷🇮🇹

The tagliatelle are delicious!!!

Twelve of us had dinner here after the Play in Bologna. The place is aesthetically beautiful and elegant. The dinner was extremely good: we had appetizers of mixed cured meats (the bread was very good), and the pinsa was phenomenal. I also tried the tagliatelle with ragù, which were phenomenal. The caserecce and the cotoletta were also truly excellent, very carefully prepared dishes and generous portions. The total cost was very fair. The only flaw: we ate in about three hours, and the service was unfortunately very slow. There were probably too many of us at once for the place, and I would definitely return if we were less.

Our favorite meal of our 2 week trip! From the pork ribs to the osso bucco and everything in between, the food was outstanding. We devoured it all and just kept raving through the entire meal.

The food was absolutely delicious. The Bolognese was truly amazing. Everyone was so nice!
