Ristorante La Rosta is located right on the Sile River, a former mill on the Via dei Molini in Qunto, in a bend of the Sile where water is channeled to power the millstones! This renowned restaurant seems to sit on the water, and from there you can enjoy a suggestive panorama, with different species of birds, ducks with chicks and geese, fish gliding along the water's surface—a true natural oasis! I haven't even told you about the restaurant! Because you'll discover it when you come in and enjoy so many delicacies! Enjoy your meal!

Gorgeous place, beautiful and delicious food. But the terrace overlooking the Sile River alone speaks for itself. Gorgeous.

We ate here this evening. The wait was short, the portions were not small, and the food was generally good. The staff were kind and friendly, and the prices were in line with what we ate. I recommend it; it's a place worth trying.

A surprising location: the terrace of an old, artfully restored mill, the charm of the Sile River with its natural beauty, and a truly satisfying culinary experience, featuring top-quality ingredients. (The price was reasonable; for what we tasted and breathed, it was just cheap! 😉) Friendly and knowledgeable service. We'll be back, even just for an aperitif on the terrace; there's a dedicated area. Thanks, guys, for the pleasant experience.

Stunning location, dining with the sound of the water in the background is spectacular!! Every now and then a plane flies by, but even that image is spectacular!! The staff is incredibly kind and the quality of the food is excellent!! Congratulations to everyone for the great work....thank you!!

Extraordinary appetizers and first courses, almost at the level of J. Robuchon, an incredible balance that is difficult to find between flavors and density, refined and genuine. For the second courses and desserts, it is a real shame not to have been able to taste something at the level of the first course or appetizers. The setting is extraordinary, in a natural oasis with a shaded terrace, above the water that roars from a small difference in height, near an old mill from which, I suppose it takes the name of Rosta.

Unforgettable dinner at La Rosta! We were seated at the table in the corner of the terrace, undoubtedly the best spot from which to enjoy the view of the enchanting bend of the Sile. Fish-based dishes all promoted with flying colors, excellent still white wine to accompany, every little detail to make us feel at ease was appreciated. Impeccable service for courtesy and professionalism, bill absolutely in line with the quality of the dinner. Unmissable!

Overall very good experience: the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly and professional. The main courses were really tasty, recommended! The desserts were a little below average, but overall it was a pleasant dinner. I would gladly go back.
