I objectively find the €4 cover charge for defrosted bread without even an entree or anything accompanying it to be excessive.

The Rosta experience was truly fantastic and made me want to go back as soon as possible.
The setting is extraordinary, we ate on the wonderful terrace overlooking the Sile, with a beautiful view, and, despite the season, no mosquitoes and a very pleasant breath of air.
Truly excellent food, artfully prepared, careful and studied combinations for an excellent overall flavor and with excellent raw materials. I really want to try the other dishes on the menu too.
Very knowledgeable, attentive, kind, courteous, thoughtful but never intrusive staff.
The surrounding area is spectacular and it is easy to park very close to the venue.
A place where I would return several times, very willingly and where I want to bring friends and relatives for a wonderful evening. I recommend to anyone.

Beautiful and evocative environment. Good starter but first course of pasta with too much lemon to be sour. Long wait, arrived at 1pm and finished at 2.45pm for 2 people (1 starter and a first course)

Elegant and refined venue, in business for about a year and a half, located
inside an ancient mill on the Sile river, in Quinto di Treviso. The access route to the venue is "old style". It is a gourmet restaurant serving both sea and freshwater fish (with quality raw materials), but also an American bar. Selected and modern furnishings of the internal rooms. The panoramic terrace overlooking the river and the dense surrounding greenery, lulled by the roar of the continuous flow of water, is evocative.
We had dinner on the terrace, where, thanks to the lighting on the table and the pleasant setting, it makes the meal romantic and pleasant. Entrance to the house with baskets of goat's cheese cream and pea cream. As an appetizer, shrimp in two consistencies, kataifi cannoli and spicy radish cream, the cannoli is excellent.
As a second course (a little long in the service interval), baked turbot accompanied by baked potatoes, olives and cherry tomatoes, also excellent.
All washed down with rosé bubbles: Cruasè extra brut Oltrepò Pavese, classic method, Bruno Verdi. Discreetly stocked wine list. Possibility to drink by the glass with quality proposals.
For dessert, coconut cream, cocoa earth and mint Bavarois: intriguing flavor,
the plating is minimalist and at the same time refined, accompanied by
Passito di Pantelleria Jemara, Martinez.
Cost 65/70 per person, wine excluded.
Discreet, punctual and friendly staff.
Accurate services.
Ample parking next to the venue.

We just went for an aperitif...
We had a great time!!! Everyone was very kind, a beautiful location but above all the view on the terrace was fabulous
Drank a drink called secret forest
Very good with neighbor we took a skewer of Rossi prawns...exquisite!!! We will definitely be back but to have dinner and enjoy the location until the end!!
