One of the best bagels I’ve ever had. Good selection of a variety of cream cheeses to pair with their perfectly toasted bagels. Quaint little courtyard for outdoor seating is also an added plus. Highly recommend!

No complaints! Really yummy and was a good break from sauce and cheese. Inside is really cute. Great place to drink a coffee and do some computer work. Outside area is nice and there’s an inside that overlooks with floor to ceiling windows. Staff were very friendly and brought our food to our table! Enjoyed

Truly the best bagels in Florence. Sometimes all you want is a bagel with cream cheese. And they have all the classic bagel choices with flavors of cream cheese. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are friendly and relaxed. Love this place. Seems like a great place to hangout and have a slow brunch.

As a mother of 4 children I can confirm that finding a place that respects everyone's tastes is quite complex. My daughter Carmensara loves American cuisine and as soon as we passed in front of Mama's Bakery she fell in love with the colorful muffins that were in the window. We decided to go in and the menu surprised even my eldest son, Rodolfo, who is vegetarian. A nice boy greeted us and explained everything to us on a machine. We sat down in the back garden and my son Gionnifer started playing in the bathroom because he couldn't resist the temptation to read the Snoopy cartoons hanging there. He never left that bathroom 🤣, poor old ladies... Nevertheless, the food arrived quickly and with the first bite of the Red Velvet Cake I felt the breeze of Brooklyn, where I lived for 18 years, slapping my face. I heard the noise of the people and the horns and suddenly I was back in the U.S.A. Wonderful food, wonderful service, pure American cuisine and many greetings from Carmensara, Rodolfo, Gionnifer and Mariatancredi!!!

I needed a cookie cake for a birthday celebration and Mama's Bakery was more than accommodating and was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp. The cake came out great, exactly how we wanted and was fairly priced!
